I am keeping these for an emergency situation and have not opened the container. However, I am familiar with The brand and it's good product standing. We not hesitate to buy more as emergency preparedness is important. Especially the way things are going now with our environment.

I mill my own wheat. My favorite things to make requires SOFT WHITE WHEAT, which includes healthy tortillas and pancakes. Some companies don't offer Soft White Wheat, but Wheatland does. They offer a great price and excellent service.

it's not easy, but if you are willing to go through the time consuming process to grind your berries, it's well worth your effort. Best tasting bread I have ever made. I will continue to to make my own flour.

I used this for a kind of apple pie. I used it alone with no other flours and it is superb. It is light which is what you want for baking. The taste is fabulous. Like the pail and used my flat curling iron to reseal the package. I wanted something more suitable for cakes, muffins, pancakes etc. I am really happy to use this. I ground 4 lbs using a simple electric grinder.
