It barely gets Luke warm. I mean seriously, you can barely feel any warmth in it. I know they are not supposed to be HOT - but it's just vaguely warm - not worth bothering with its so feable.

I plugged the blanket in and within five minutes my fuse box started smoking and arc flashed. The next day my check engine light came on and I took it in and they said the computer was fried. Don't buy ever!

This works pretty well. One thing going for it is that it starts working almost immediately so even for short drives it works. It doesn't get too hot though, but it is warm enough. I'm happy with my purchase.

Well I'm lucky enough to say my blanket did not catch fire or melt as many others' did. However, there is not auto shut off or temp control as in my previous blanket. Needless to say, I forgot One time to unplug after use and it remained on for the next 1.5 days, until I found my car battery near dead and my blanket so hot it should have melted. And the act of just turning the key was enough to drain the battery. Haven't decided yet if I return it or just throw the stupid thing away and submit a complaint.
