Fresh and green
The mistletoe herb can be very hard to find so I was glad to come upon this. The price is very good and it seems quite fresh and green. Medicinally, mistletoe can be used for headaches, anxiety, cardiovascular health, as a complementary cancer therapy, and other uses. As for me, I got it for uses in magical work. It is an herb long revered by the Druids. For this purpose I usually burn a small amount rather than ingest it, or put it in magical bags. Good product at a good price.

Taste good
This is another tea I tried, and my first time getting mistletoe. It is a loose tea I got. The herb is well dried, and looks very clean. It has many health benefits as I know. The tea is easy to prepare. It tastes pretty good, with slight sweetness and a hint of bitterness. I really like it. A good thing is it is caffeine free, and I can drink anytime without worrying about disturbing my sleep.

Mostly stems
Stems. Needed leaves to be effective for my purposes. Really course not chopped fine enough. Was a clean product with nice packaging. Would not order again.

good for health
Dried Mistletoe arrived in a sealed bag. It is 100% natural herb. And it is good for strengthening immunity. No strong smell. I took some and soak in boiling water for about 5 mins. It taste just like regular grean tea.

A little pricey
Mistletoe (Viscum album) has been used medicinally for cardiovascular health, to help wars off colds and to help alleviate some of the more annoying symptoms during menopause. There have been some studies that it can help stimulate the body's own immune system to help ward off some forms of cancer. However, cancer treatment is often so very individual and what someone may find works well, it doesn't work the same for someone else. I will talk more about this further on in my review. The herb that I received seems pretty good. The taste is about what you would expect when prepared as an infusion. It is a bit pricey. $11.00 is not out of line and I do know that when I have worked with my TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) doctor, most TCM herbs can be.Which brings me to the latter part of my review: If you are looking to this herb as an enhancement to your current course of treatment is important to *always* work with your physician / oncologist or other health care professional before taking this or ANY herb. If you are taking prescription drugs, there can be contraindications when using them and many herbs. Always remember that herbs are simplified forms of medicine and mixing them with other things can interfere with treatment. If you do decide to add such a treatment, you need to work only with a qualified, experienced clinical herbalist. If you are in the U.S. - there is no such thing as a licensed herbalist. Period. So that means it's a good idea to find an American Herbalist Guild recognized professional. or a find a licensed acupuncturist who has also studied Traditional Chinese Medicine and has studied Chinese herbalism.
