Zero after taste. Best bottled water ever!
Just the idea of drinking plain water is abhorrent to me. And sure, I've done the fruit infused thing, but who has the time to do that or the money? Not me. Our water comes from a well and it's ok, if you like drinking water. I don't.But I've been having muscle cramps in my legs and feet for weeks. The charlie horse, growing pain type cramps. The kind where my big toe tries it's wish bone imitation or all my toes squish together like a toe orgy. It starts in one foot and after a few minutes it subsides... Only to start again in the other foot. Total agony!!!I've tried muscle relaxers, anti inflammatories, drinking tomato juice, and even soaking my feet in water and apple cider vinegar. And massaging coconut oil with apple cider vinegar into my feet. Desperate? Who me. Nothing worked. I was thinking amputation, and then my brother who knows all said "drink 8 glasses of water a day" and I'm like "I already do. It's in my coffee." And then I remembered ESSENTIA.I first started drinking this water when I lived in Arizona. I used to go into one of those health food stores (hey, it was next to my work and they had a huge salad bar...) and one day they were offering free samples... Of water. I'm like, "no, I don't drink water" and she says "because of the after taste?" And I said yes. She said "then try this."It was like drinking wet, smooth, liquid air. Zero after taste. It has electrolytes, and it quenches my thirst. I used to have to find a health food store to order Essentia for me. And now I find it on Amazon. And what's really great, is it's cheaper than what I paid the health food stores and it arrived a day earlier than they said it would. I've drank almost half of a bottle so far today (and no brother, I didn't use it to make my coffee!) But, hmmmm....

Won't drink anything else!
Love this water! It's clean, crisip, silky, and clean! I used to buy this by the case, until they went up in price substantially!

The best bottled water ever! I am telling everyone about this water!
I have been drinking this water for about 3 weeks now and the results are amazing! I have had acid reflux for about 17 years and was taking medication daily. Not any more! Since drinking this water, I no longer have heartburn everyday and I have been taking my medication only twice a week! Even when I was taking my medication everyday (Protonix, Nexium or Prilosec) if I ate hot wings, pizza, or any other acidic food, I would get some heartburn. Since I have been drinking the Essentia Water I have no heartburn when I eat these foods occasionally. I drink one bottle a day with ease. The taste is so smooth and goes down easily. I told a co-worker about this water who was a die hard Evian Water fan and she loves it also! I sold her one of my cases and she said she feels amazing and is not going back to Evian! I have tried many bottled waters and this is the best! I have more energy and I have even lost 4 pounds since drinking this water. I am not saying this is a weight loss cure but the added benefit of losing weight was welcomed! If you are a water drinker or just want to increase your water intake, then get this water! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Taste (or non-taste)
I finished a 36 hour fast yesterday and broke this Essentia water out towards last few hours -taste was amazing. There was zero bitterness and it just tasted pure, fresh, and clean. The taste was WAAAAAAYYYYYY better than the filtered water in my fridge (cartridge replaced 2x a year). Today, having finished the Essentia water, I broke out the 365 alkaline water, which is also purported to be 9.5. I can't speak to the PH level of either, but Essentia is wonderful and the 365 tasted like horse $#!@ (will never buy the 365 brand of alkaline water again... very bitter, chemical, and unnatural tasting). I do normally like most 365 brand products but their alkaline water was a fail for me. So, there you have it... an honest review/comparison of Essentia v. 365 alkaline 9.5+PH waters. I highly recommend Essentia. My only problem with it is the insane price tag -reason why I will not be buying this any time soon again. I know it's specialty water but give me a break. The price is highway robbery. That said, if I were to pick up water out in the street for hydration, I'd choose this one. It's just not something to stock the cupboards with unless you are rich and like throwing money away left and right for things like water. Also, the bottle is plastic -for the price charged it should be fine crystal, err, I mean glass. ; )

It's chemistry, not magic....
Tastes great, has electrolytes besides a very base pH, and is inexpensive. For all the people squawking about inaccurate pH results: stop using litmus paper! It has limited range and there is an easier, cheaper way. Chop half a head of red cabbage finely, scoop it into a large coffee filter, pour 2 cups boiling water over it and let it cool. You'll need two droppers - one for your tested liquid, one for your cabbage juice - and a shallow dish, preferably non reactive (such as glass) and clear or opaque white. Drop a few drops of your test liquid - in this case, Essentia water - into the dish, then slowly, one by one, drop in a few drops of the cabbage juice. You'll see a color change very quickly. Red cabbage extract shows the entire pH spectrum (unlike litmus paper), going from pink at the acidic end to blue in the neutral zone (7) then green and finally yellow out at 14. Google the phrase, "red cabbage juice pH meter" and compare. And no, the pH will not change after 7 days as stated by one question; pH is the measure of the negative logarithm of hydrogen ion concentration and that won't change by just sitting around in a plastic bottle. And yes, you could just add baking soda and get the same pH, but you'd also get whatever dissolved solids are also in your local water - and possibly not the electrolytes you seek.
