Great for priming archery vanes
I use this to prime my vanes for archery. Works great and better priced than the ones branded for archery.

Does a good job priming PP before super gluing.
Tried a number of adhesives to try and glue polypropylene. All seemed to bond, but would break when a medium force was applied. When priming PP with this, letting it set for 30 seconds then using the supplied adhesive (basically superglue), the two surfaces bonded very strongly. The liquid is very volatile (heptane, I think), so I keep mine in a zip lock, in the fridge.

Woking well so far.
Expensive but so far has worked well on the plastic container lids I purchased it for.

WORKS!
I have been using this Starbond cyanoacrylate glue https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0C22ZS2DD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1 and have been happy with it, but it does not adhere to polypropylene. So I looked for and found this PP Primer. A man at Toagosei America advised me when I called to use a liberal amount of primer, rub it on there, and allow a little drying time. So I used a Q-tip to apply and rub as he suggested. He said that the bond should be stronger than the plastic and it does seem to be. I am very happy with this product and the company.

Makes a notable difference
Makes it much easier to apply carbon conductive ink on PP surface.

Does absolutely nothing to help glue PPE - false advertising
Apparently, it's just a high-priced bottle of acetone (or something similar). By definition, PPE does not react to petroleum and its derivatives, so.... won't do diddly squat to help glue PPE. If it wasn't so flammable, I'd return it. I just gave it to my local fire station as a hazardous chemical and called it a day. Not worth anything.

no application tool
the bottle showed up as advertised, no application tool, no written instructions just warnings... everyone assumes that you know the proper way to use their product; so we had to guess as to the proper application.
