I have a high metabolism and these help keep my muscles cut. When I work out they really help my muscles look fuller. Mine also didn’t smell like fish, yeah the smell isn’t roses but I decided to try them for my self and they aren’t nearly as bad as some ppl say. I take them every day with water and have never had a problem with them.

You can't ask much more from a supplement than to be exactly what it says it is in both dosage, and purity. Nutricost has a reputation for being quality, and at a reasonable price. I see several reviews mentioning how bad this smells, and that it smells like fish. Trimethylglycine (or betaine) in it's pure form, smells like fish. It is natural for it to smell this way. It does not indicate a bad product. Quite the opposite actually. Great quality, great smell. It is exactly what it is supposed to be.

Great supplement and great price great smooth energy

I bought it because of the price, but there are a number of empty capsules in the bottle. One capsule was leaking powder when I took it out of the bottle. I assume that's why there were other empty capsules. So, it appears some of the capsules are defective.

I try a lot of different supplements to improve energy and mood. Most don't work. But this TMG actually helps!I take two in the morning with breakfast. That powers me through the morning and most of the afternoon. I feel more alert, energetic, and positive emotionally.Be careful about when you take this TMG. If I take too late in the day -- anytime after lunch -- I find it harder to get to sleep. Also, if I don't take it with food, it gives me heartburn.Overall, fantastic supplement that improves quality of life.
