Really nice book, beautiful photos of almost every recipe. The recipes are delicious too, lots of variety. Most things are easy to make and taste wonderful. If you love mushrooms then this is definitely a good book to have, there's information about a variety of mushroom types as well as loads of fantastic recipes hIghly recommended.
