Arrived well wrapped & smells fresh
I've used Caputo flours before and I love them. Very high quality with a great taste. Easy to use like any other flour. Expensive but worth the price for it's lightness . Also, Italy doesn't spray it's wheat with Glyphosate so I'm thrilled to have that purity for baking.

Amazing product for pastry
Wow what a difference on pastry making the product is fantastic and fast delivery course a small bag is only 2.2 lb 1k be great if they offer this on 10 and 22 lb bag because 1k won't go to far price is not bad course I think they adjusted if you buy bulkButt is a amazing flour

Pastry Flour
I haven’t use this flour leave it, but will be making goodies for my grandchildren. See my review for the Caputo Chef’s Flour which is wonderful to use. Caputo flours have no malted barley flour no preservatives it is non-bromated non-enriched and has no additives. It is really a good flour for someone who is looking for something other than ultra processed and preserved American flours. This flour is not gluten free though Caputo offers gluten free flour.It also makes delicious, flaky, and light from scratch biscuits. I used an equal combination of the Chef and Pastry flours.

Best Flour
Absolutely amazing! I don’t eat wheat/ gluten from USA Made my Christmas cookies with us and they turned out fabulous

My first time using pastry flour.
This is a very finely milled flour. I found this flour to be very different from traditional AP flour. Due to the fineness of the flour you'll need to pay attention to the amount of liquid used your recipes. This flour makes very nice, pie crust and biscuits. I would use it again.

The BEST!
I use nothing else for baking now! I have a reputation in my community for my baking. A favorite restaurant owner told me about European flour and its difference from domestic. The taste takes me back to childhood! Quality, lively fine texture, surprised it does not cost more. I’d buy a 20lb bag if available!

Expensive but Worth It
You will not believe what a difference this sugar makes in your doughs and final products. Silky smooth. Because of the cost, you are probably going to want to save this for your special bakes. You can definitely tell the difference and will be pleased with the results.
