Good for most stairs. Great product. Strap is not good. But love it

The rubber track broke and we are unable to get a replacement from the manufacturer.

I used it for going up to the third floor apartment which is two stairways hauling a double stack washer dryer and refrigerator.

This may be one of the best things I’ve ever bought. It was easy for me, an over the hill lady, to haul a new bed in a box up my wrap around stairway which has 2 landings that are big enough for turning. It had no trouble on carpet and did not slide down. I do wish the bottom cart part folded up instead of having to remove it for storage. I did a test run first and it moves slow enough for walking backward up the stairs ahead of it without feeling like it might run over you and the buttons are easy to operate and stops immediately. You can remove the battery with the key so it’s easier to attach the charger. I will be hauling an air conditioner up soon!

Easy to use and helpfull

The tracks wear VERY quickly, resulting in lack of traction. Spend the extra $1,200.00 to purchase a climber without tracks!

Tried it right away. Moved a 100lb propane tank up14 concrete steps, stopping in the middle both ways. It did not slip or creep. The provided strap is useless. I used my own ratchet strap and everything was fine. I am confident it will move much heavier loads with no problem.
