Hemingworth Color Card

This compact little flip chart fits in my purse so when I need a spool of something I can use it choose coordinating colors.All of the colors are there for in actual thread samples— not the usual computer print outs which may or may not match the actual color.Great idea for a thread company!Buy it even if you haven’t bought this brand of thread before-although you should-it is good thread.You will use this color chart over and over to choose the palette for your projects.

As a fan of Hemingworth Embroidery threads for several years now, I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to order this wonderful thread sample card. It is helpful for keeping track of what I'd like to order next. It's also nice to be able to show to my family members to allow them to help choose colors they'd like on the many items I like to make for them.

I had to touch it to believe it, but each color "spot" of thread is actual wound thread. You can touch it, see the glint from the sheen, etc. Amazing. The flip board is pocket sized and stores easily. This is truly an innovative thread company.

If you are addicted or obssessed with collecting threads, this card set is an enabler. This card set contains all of the poly-cotton and metallic numbers to correspond with color samples. I have started collecting the metallics and wii see how many of the rest I can get if I can sites that offer collections.

I would love this product; however, the colors are next to the wrong description - color numbers and color names. I have most of these colors and somehow they have the browns and greens reversed. Not sure it is just the one I received. I will be returning it.

Great selection of color threads to help plan my embroidery projects. Now I won't waste money guessing on what colors to order.
