I wanted a phone mount for my bicycle but found most to be poorly built, offering no phone protection in the event of a crash. This bag surprised me by how well it works for less money than a decent bar mount with excellent protection. I can control my phone though the plastic cover when riding and keep a tire kit, my wallet, emergency poncho, allen wrench and small crescent wrench to boot. I’ve used it for several months with no problems with the zipper and it came with a waterproof cover for the bag. I can peel it off quickly and it’s compact enough to carry.

After getting my new bike, I really wanted to get something that would keep my phone safe from the elements as well as not have to get it out to be able to make a change in music. In the image the face looks wavy, but this is not accurate when the phone is in the case. This makes it very easy to be able to change music, talk to text, etc when riding. I love that I can keep tools, gum, keys glasses etc in the storage as well. The straps keep the bag in place very secure and is visually appealing. I am very happy with this purchase and 100% would recommend!

Within a few months this product was rendered a combination of partially useless and highly frustrating to use because the zippers became corroded very quickly merely from rain water and my sweat. The zippers felt weak and barely reliable from the beginning which is surprising given that they are a primary concern for anything that holds items.I don't even live near the beach so the only salt introduction was from my sweat. If they couldn't account for riders sweating when their own product page shows the item mounted directly under the rider where sweat is dripping down then they didn't plan ahead.A year later the zippers look terrible, barely work, and I have to treat them daintily as if they could fracture at any moment. Rating 3 stars is probably generous because we should expect products like this to last us more than a year and not give us problems within the first few months. It's just unacceptable but with the amount of poorly made products out there we have been made to be accustomed to disappointment.I never used the phone insert feature because my phone with a case could not fit inside. Why would I remove my very nice protective case just for a bike ride? Instead I got a very nice RAM mount (not the X grip) with anti-vibration features to protect the phone camera.There are other Rockbros products that I have used and liked such as their red tail light.But the amount of storage products I've gone through with worse zippers than I had a decade+ ago are irritating me.

Easy to mount, securely holds everything for a day of riding. Great for having my phone handy.

nice design good quality, however Motorola edge phone does not fit buy about 1/2" .at least my grandson got a phone case for his iPhone it fits perfectly!
