These have been a fantastic little fidget that I've started to use daily! When my mental health gets bad I get restless and start picking at my skin. I'm not sure why exactly, but these rings have helped significantly. Instead of picking at my skin I'll just play around with these ring and it satisfies whatever need I have to pick. They've been super durable as well, since I've accidentally run them through the washer/dryer, stepped on them, flung them across a room at work, and probably more that I'm forgetting about. Definitely recommend these to others who may also be facing a similar issue with skin picking!

I’m 33 years old and have bitten my nails as long as I can remember. Embarrassing. I stumbled across these being recommended on TikTok for nail-biters and decided to give them a try. Honestly, obsessed. The sensation of rolling these back and forth on my fingers provides a perfect combination of pressure and “pain” (just a slight discomfort from the spikey metal). I love that these came in a 10-pack because obviously they are easy to lose. Having multiple allows me to keep one within reach at all times - one in my car, one in my purse, one on my nightstand, one on my couch side table, one at my desk, one on my side table at work, you get the picture. If you’re a nail-biter or skin-picker or hair-puller or struggle with any other body-focused repetitive behavior (BFRB), go ahead and add to cart. I’m telling you. I should have bought these a long time ago.

These have been really helpful! They are very calming. Not distracting or intrusive. I love the texture. The only thing is when they fly off or is that they’re a bit tight at first. But I guess it’s good for all ring sizes.

You get a lot for the money. I don’t care for the spike-y feel of them. But the person who I bought it for loves the feel. It’s kinda funny, half the people I polled like em, half hate the feel. It works well on the anxiety relief for the person who needs that

I am putting a three because I know this is a me problem. I have autism and I really thought I would love these but they put me in a panic for like thirty minutes. They just make like a fuzzy static feeling that I couldn't stand. Don't even want to touch them again. I just wanted to put this incase someone like me may have an issue with that sensation. But I am sure for most people they will be fine

Very nice item, it helped me with my health, its a nice light item to have on you, its very fun to play with, I also use this as a fidget sometimes.

Fantastic product. Love that this brand was created by teachers. I’m 29 and never really clicked with a fidget/stim toy until this one. It’s already been a game changer when I am walking through situations that usually make me a bit anxious.
