no need to buy expensive TRX. This one does it job perfectly as same as expensive TRX. It is sturdy, strong, adjustable, and perfect for exercise. It also comes with a booklet telling you how to use it. I love it.

The straps are very long depending on how you want to use it. However it is very adaptable to a number of exercises. Price reasonable but there is a learning curve

This product provides all the utility of the name brand version for a small fraction of the cost.I've read a few concerns in the reviews, but suggest you look beyond them:> Not safe concern with the over-the-door loop. Per images, the strap is supposed to be through the hole in the block -- it appears to be a manufacturing issue - not something inherently wrong with the product> Hand grip softness. Yes, the grips hard solid -- and I believe that's good! If that's an issue, simply wrapping it would solve the problem or wearing training gloves> Limited instruction - that's true! But look elsewhere for posters that cost very little -- you have saved a ton buying this version, you have afford a few dollars for a detailed poster. Also, there are many videos on-line to show proper technique.> No mounting hardware - that's true too. I spent less than five dollars for an eye bolt to mount to a 2x4 placed across joists in my unfinished basement.On the positive - everything else. The hardware (connectors and carabiners) are solid. Adjustments are easy to make - the straps stay put. The straps are high quality. The rings are well sized and sturdy. The foot loop is well made and easily fits my foot w/shoe. I have no concerns about its durability.Great product!

Work very well. Strong straps and sturdy handles. Bought this instead of the name brand straps. Glad I did. You can do the same with these.

I've been in physical therapy for a few weeks and wanted to practice the exercises at home. A few of the exercises use these straps so I bought this set. They work perfect! I have had no issues with them. They are strong and supportive. They stay over the door when it's closed without any issues or slippage. I use them regularly several times a week and they were worth the investment so I can keep doing PT at home and continue maintenance therapy at home even after being discharged.

As good as any premium brand. Not pretty colors, and doesn’t look great. But completely functional! Easy to adjust, secure and safe on the door, and a wonderful tool for body weight workouts
