Product settled more than expected

My mom saw a recipe for pecan coconut cake and it called for this frosting in the cake. It turned out very well and was easy to make!

Used this frosting with the pecan cake mix by the same manufacturer {Betty Crocker} to make a cake for an event I'm involved with. Without exaggeration, I heard people talking about it. I'm going to make some pecan mix cupcakes with this frosting.

I ordered 2 and one was open and leaking everywhere
