My kids love these when they need to get some rest and are out of their element. They taste good and are easy to chew up and swallow. Puts them right to sleep and works quickly. Mine take it about 30 minutes before bed and they are out.

My daughter has struggled with sleeping since she turned 1...she is almost 3...I has tried everything to help her. We would spend 2 or 3 hours most nights trying to get her back to sleep. I thought I would give this a try. She likes the chewable tablet. I give her 1 tab about 30mins before bedtime and she sleeps all night! Wakes up perfectly well rested no side effects. I am so thankful!

Worked well for our temporary needs, due to a schedule change I tried these to regulate our schedule back to normal. Worked well. No side effects, taste is good. Good value.

We have a 7 year old with adhd and autism, as well as a 5 year old. Both have a hard time falling asleep before 10 pm no matter what we try, esp our 7 year old girl. Straight kids melatonin helps them a little bit, but not as good as this one that also includes some magnesium. Added bonus of them having less constipation probably due to the magnesium. We love it. It also tastes better than most and doesn't leave a gross gooey residue on their teeth, so brushing before bed is less messy thanks to these been chewable tabs. Other brands are gummies that make dental hygiene harder in little ones. This one is perfect and we are sad when it goes out of stock.

Used this for awhile to help my 4 year old fall asleep at night. After 6 months or so, we noticed he was so tired during the day and having increased behaviors at school.Stopped the melatonin and his behaviors pretty much disappeared. He went from being on the verge of suspension to now doing so well.It worked for what we wanted it to, just maybe not so great for our child. He seemed groggy from it.

Hi I have a 7 Years old with Autism hes is taking this for more than a year an is wonderful but right now its only taking 4 hours for sleep his weigh is 60kg could you tell me if he needs to take 2 gummies instead of one because of the weigth?
