For medical reasons I was told I need to lower BMI, blood sugars, and weight prior to a procedure. I increased exercise levels (without Gym) and had 2 of these a day plus a healthy meal and I dropped weight healthily through hard work and other changes have kept it at bay. These are not forever though, they did what i needed them to and I have now successfully reintroduced food back to 3 meals plus a snack. This isn't a miracle cure but used correctly can help you achieve the results you need to. They taste great, they're convenient and easy to use. the size of each bag is plenty for around 2/3 weeks on 2 a day. These are not instead of food but can be combined with a healthy diet , lifestyle and exercise to help healthily lose weigh while not starving, feeling hungry or lacking energy. they are filling but be ready to make the proper changes and maintenance because this is for use as part of a routine not instead of. The exercise, healthy eating, lifestyle changes and longer term goals must also be adhered to and sensibly used.

I have been using it for 9 days now, the aim was for weight loss with it being low in calories, I have one for breakfast and one for lunch with a balanced meal in the evening and it is working wonders, all food noise for me personally has disappeared!The taste is lovely with milk, will deffo buy again! Mixes well, thick consistency which I think helps.

My husband and I have just finished our 5th one kilo bag of this meal replacement. We have it for lunch on our home working days when the kids are in school as neither of us really wants to take a break so this is efficient without resorting to less healthy convenience foods. We make ours with semi-skimmed milk, as we found it unpleasant with water. This brings it up to a little over 300 calories which we find ideal. Personally I've seen good results, losing 12lb in three months (with generally good behaviour besides using the shakes a few days per week).I initially wasn't satiated by the shake, so the for the first week or two I had a hot drink and a couple of ryvitas to accompany it while my body adjusted. This worked well and now a shake is enough to fill me up for a few hours. As with other protein shakes I find that I need to drink plenty of water as it seems to create thirst, which can only be a good thing!For the preparation we use a blender so no lump issues, and I've also made it in the blender and taken it into the office in a water bottle and stored it in the fridge which has worked fine. I do have one major complaint with the preparation and this is the totally inadequate measuring scoop provided. One serving requires 1.5 scoops - which there is no way of accurately measuring with the scoop provided as it's a conical shape with no halfway marks?! Making it for one this is very very annoying as you don't know exactly how much you are using and you can be left with an unusable quantity at the end of the bag. However since we usually make a double portion and divide it between two glasses, we mostly avoid this problem. But seriously, why not just make the scoop smaller and say three per serving.Taste wise, I do find it a little too sweet, however this seems to be the norm with such products. We've tried vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. Vanilla is the best, but I do think much of the population seems to have much more of a sweet tooth than I do. The other flavours just sound dreadful as I think giving them complicated flavours with ingredients they couldn't possibly contain such as "cheesecake" really emphasise how fake and over-sweetened they are. So I won't try them. The shakes have a grainy texture which I quite like as it makes it feel more like food and less synthetic than it is.

New customer and have tried both the banana and vanilla. Keeps me full, I manage to have just one shake for brunch and I can last until dinner, definitely keeps me full for a few hours and makes dieting for weight loss so much easier as it’s a quick, easy and low cal option! It does have a slightly chalky taste so I’d recommend blitzing it in the blender (I throw in a banana and some Greek yoghurt so it goes further) and it definitely helps to keep a smooth consistency. 5lb down in 2 weeks by drinking one a day plus a healthy diet - good quality and value, not to mention tasty, would recommend!

The taste is quite nice and very reminiscent of the chocolate bar it is named after but there is a definite powdery aftertaste and, whether mixed in a blender or a shaker, it simply does not stop tasting powdery!

Love the flavours it really does keep u full but 1 problem is the scoop measurement 1.5 so why doesn't the scoop provided match its really awkward to get the right amount? 🤔

This replacement is only suitable for someone with a very sweet tooth and unfortunately that is not me. After a lol of research I seem to have wasted my money.
