I've been using this lubricant on the advice of my garage door installer and it's performed well in keeping things moving. The only issue I have is that the propellant does too good a job - the spray is really powerful considering the size of the nozzle tube. The lube tends to splash about a bit if used on a close up item such as a door hinge; you might want to stand back a bit. Also be aware that the oil will tend to drop off of the door once it's raised if you lube the hinges, so you may want to lube the door when the cars are out of harm's way.

I got my product today and couldn't wait to use it. When I tell you it did the job. It did. I didn't know you should lubricate your garage door. I though it suppose to make noise until I decided to google it. And it brought up some lubricants and I looked at the reviews. This one gave the best review. I ordered it read the instructions and bam it's purring like a kitten It sounds so quiet now out of 4 years it seems brand new. I definitely recommend this product.
