Highly recommend product.
The product looks exactly like the pictures and is the most easy device to set up. The software installs seamlessly and using the product is much faster than the traditional scanner. The auto detect for the paper edges is extremely accurate so no need to keep adjusting the papers.Highly recommend product.

Resolution is terrible
Not a simple plug-and-play device. It boasts that it comes with a CD for installation; I haven't had a CD drive for over ten years. However, easily downloaded from their website.When using the software is very easy to use, and it is quick to achieve a scan. However, the resolution was terrible.Images scanned were not recognisable.The text was not readable.States is for magazines but was unable to achieve a reasonable result. The cropping function did not work as stated.Sent back the day I received it.Of final note, all of the warranty was in Chinese. The instructions were provided in multiple languages but lacked any depth or detail.
