Beautiful color
I really like this color, it's a mello natural brown. These photos are of my project. It's stained dark walnut and color washed barnwood brown. I'm really happy with this color.

Initial Review Very fast
Refinishing, Pickling the Kitchen Cabinets. Solid White Oak Cabinets needed some TLC, White Pickling was our first choice, but that means a lot of stripping, scraping the varnish, repairing, patching, and sanding. Minwax is and always been my goto product, for premixed formula. The instructions on the label did not work for my refinishing, but I did finally get the results I was looking for.Use good quality pro brushes and keep them clean and dip the brush no farther than 1/4 inch into the Minwax. In my final technique, Fig 1. After sanding, lightly damping the surface and now the surface is ready to be stained. Fig 2. applied stain evenly with the grain let dry about 60 seconds. Fig 3. Strike off with light stain water mix to give a good cover. Fig 4. Allow to dry for at least 1 hour for the stain to draw into the wood. Fig 5. Brushed on last coat with the grain allowed to dry overnight. For the topcoat I applied 1 coats of Clear Polycrylic allow drying 4 hours then 200 grit sandpaper and apply second coat, allow to dry 4 hours. I applied a total 3 coats of Polycrylic.

Sheer white wash on pine
This product was easy to use. I used this stain for my sunroom walls. First, I sealed the wood with the campanion product, let it dry. I applied the stain against the grain of the wood and wiped it off. It dries pretty quickly and I love the sheerness of this stain...a subtle white wash. It covered the yellowness of the pine & left the wood with a white sheerness. Love it! Now, I am going to try to use it on my brick wall.

Not as good as Behr Pickling Stain
I bought this for my dresser re-do. I was out of Behr Pickling Stain but, should have purchased that instead. I felt like this was too thick for what I used it for. I added water and it helped a bit. I just really prefer the pickling stain and wouldn't purchase this again.

Do not buy
I am not a professional refinished but have finished/ refinished more than 20 pieces. In this case I was refinishing some bar stools that had a shiny dark brown stain. I used stain remover several times, used a cleaner and sanded. This product did not penetrate the wood much and streaked a good deal. It needed to be wiped off much sooner than the 2 minutes suggested. I gave it time to dry but it remained tacky in some areas. I ended up sanding the entire piece and started again

Time consuming
Too many coats needed to for color to be appreciated. But nice finish after all.
