Worx GT Revolution 20V 12" String Trimmer Grass Trimmer/Edger/Mini-Mower, WG170.2

I love gardening, but not always want to deal with big heavy equipment. This string trimmer is my absolute go to when it comes to trimming and mowing. It's quite powerful for its size, cuts well and precise. I absolutely love the wheel attachment, it makes the whole process easier. Battery lasts about 20ish minutes but charges quickly (1hr) so I can't really complain. I recommend getting extra battery or two, if anyone plans on big yard work. For this this price, it's a great trimmer.

Works great! Makes it much easier on my arms with the wheels. I was worried about only having 10ft of line on the spool.Thought I would have to change it often, but that has not been the case at all. I have a big yard to do trim and done a lot of trimming and still haven't had to change with spool. Very happy with this purchase.

WORX batteries are the only ones that go in and come out easily. This is a new model of the same trimmer and my third one. I have to take out off brand batteries with a rubber mallet. 4 Stars because the trimmer is powerful. Maybe more so than the first two. I tried modifying my off brand batteries with a die grinder. I haven't figured out where WORX tightened up the battery receiver yet. I did not have this problem with the older model WORX trimmers. The WORX batteries are pricey and sales engineering are genius. I've almost folded to buying the over priced WORX batteries so I can keep trimming without carrying around a rubber mallet.

This machine works so slick! I really like that you just push a button while it is running to release more string… no more hitting the weed eater on a sidewalk to release more string. I was pleasantly surprised that after using it for about 40 minutes the charge only went down a bit.

LOVE IT!!! I was looking for a light weight, highly rated, inexpensive trimmer. I broke my ankle and am still in a boot. My front yard is on a steep hill and I bought this to wack the grass in an area that is about 4 push mower wide and 50 feet long, that puts too much stress on my ankle. I first used this in my court yard to wack the weeds between the pavers. PERFECT. I trimmed some areas around the garden areas, PERFECT. I have two other trimmers that are a pain in reloading etc. This is PERFECT for my needs without broken string etc that I deal with, with the others. The battery is still running strong after 30 minutes, it doesn't wake up the neighbourhood, the string feed works great, and I like that I don't have to gas up or trip over a cord. Easy assembly and compact storage. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!

This model is very dependable and works great. It's perfect for well maintained yards. It works good for average weed cutting, not made for heavy thick stuff. I have own work edgers for more than 20 yrs. I never had one stop working. I still think the worx edger is one of my favorites.
