We have been purchasing gohydrate for several years now, twice a month with a subscription. In my opinion these take the cake over Liquid IV or any other. The ingredients are short and simple, nor are they loaded with salt like others. The taste is refreshing, A++ ingredients / vitamins, great flavors! Our house favorites are fruit punch and cherry limeade. The only negative I can say is that for 2 people to drink 1 a day, we don't get a full months worth and for the price of them....it can get expensive...but at least I know I'm staying hydrated

I have tried several brands of electrolyte supplements and this one is my favorite. I appreciate that these packets aren't loaded with sodium and they taste good. Grape is the best! The addition of Vitamin D is a bonus. I am not an excessive exerciser but I use one every day. They give me a boost of energy during that afternoon slump, and also help my legs from cramping at night. I have recently started having my elderly father add it to his water to prevent dehydration. He enjoys the taste and is more likely to drink water with GoHydrate in it.

I like this using this when I get bored of drinking plain water, need to hydrate extra, if i am sick or going out. It is easy to mix, has many different flavors, it is a little expensive, but in line with similar products.

Flavor is ok. The good thing is that it is low in sodium. Delivery was quick.

Best grape flavor ever. A little sweet and sour. Not overbearing.
