Damaged Package and Burning Sensation!
Came with 2 holes in the bag and was opened. Salt everywhere. Salt burns the roof of my mouth.

Don't squeeze the bottle too hard
It definitely rinses your sinuses out. But when you squeeze it so it goes up your nose and not only goes around the loop through your other nostril but if you do it too hard it kind of goes into your ears. My recommendation would be while you use it as you're squeezing in blow out your nose so it'll only go around your nose and don't squeeze too hard. It doesn't hurt anything but it's a weird sensation.
