E Guittard Cocoa Rouge Cocoa Powder 8 Oz (Pack of 6)6

I use Guittard’s Cocoa Rouge for baking, smoothies, and for unsweetened rich chocolate flavored hot cocoa. This shipment came in well packaged with each cylinder of cocoa wrapped in bubble wrap then sealed in plastic envelope and then placed in a shipping box. Prior shipments from from Amazon had beenshipped in a thin box with containers upside down which meant that many shipments had containers explode open.So whoever shipped this took the time to package it correctly. The price is much better than in the past and for high quality cocoa, it is worth it.

Best Easy to use. I like to use milk for my hot or cold chocolate but I first mix cocoa and sweetener in the cup, run just enough hot water from my instant hot tap. stir to dissolve completely, then add milk to top of cup. Heat in microwave, or add ice. Either way it’s delicious rich flavor i’d unbeatable. It also makes the best chocolate pudding.

Delicious chocolate flavor. I only used half the sugar and that was sweet enough. I highly recommend.

I love this cocoa. I love to bake and experiment with different recipes, but I do use different types of cocoa for different flavors of baked goods. This is my favorite cocoa to use for Red Velvet, which is my favorite Chocolate type flavor and second flavor all around. The flavor is rich, and the color is pretty ideal for red velvet recipes. It would probably great in other chocolate type recipes, but I don't use it in those due to the price. My only gripe is that I wish it was more affordable because I would bake a lot more red velvet and more. :) <3 I do highly recommend trying it for red velvet recipes. I would give it 5 stars for sure if the price was just a little lower.

We are totally addicted to this rich-flavored chocolate for our coffee sprinkles. A small amount goes a long way. And it is delicious in other drinks too. A wonderful product!

I have tried other brands and this is the best. I order it over and over again.
