Awapuhi Wild Gingerby Paul Mitchell Intensive Treatment, Rebuilds + Repairs, For Dry, Damaged + Color-Treated Hair

I was skeptical because I notice with beauty products, you want the product to work so much that sometimes you con yourself into actually thinking the product was so awesome, but not really. So I waited 3 weeks to review this product. I didn't have any expectations and I didn't really think about when or if results would show. I unknowingly left that for my colleagues, family and friends to decide. After the 2nd use of this product, I all of a sudden had about 3 compliments a day on my hair (this is no joke). They all noticed that my hair was much more shiny with softer, frizz-less, bouncier curls. My hair was extremely dry with a moderate amount of split ends. My hair is coming alive again and the split ends are gone (this is no joke either). Great product! A bonus to this product & company is that it's vegan - no animal products and no animal testing in the making of this product and all other Paul Mitchell products :)

I bleach my hair, then tone it. I switched bleach brands because my goto was out of stock, my hair became a little fried and dry. My hair was so bad, it felt gummy in spots. I searched and searched for a intensive treatment to help heal my hair. I think I tried about 4 different shampoos and conditioners. I was finally led to this one, which has saved my waist length hair. I did do an olaplex treatment as well, which helped a bit, but this has made my hair soft, easy to comb through and even shiny and bouncy again. I love the scent too. This is great when paired with awapuhi shampoo. It is a little pricey for the amount, but trust me, it's worth it!

72 years old and decided to let my pixie cut go and stop coloring my hair. The frizz just would not go away.Hair salon every five weeks to try and tame it. Only acceptable until I washed my hair. Products from about five high-end products. I moisturized, ironed it, blew dry it, and air dried it. Nothing worked except this wonderful Awaphai product.I put this on my hair, put plastic wrap over it for about twenty minutes, and became amazed.This product worked! I will pay the price again because I can vouch for its quality. Thank you Paul Mitchell for making an old lady's hair bearable.

First of all I have long (mid back length) very straight, fine hair. I have tried several different hair treatments and just have not cared much for any of them but…..I used this product for the first time two days ago. I was expecting the scent to be more noticeable but, it was very light. Instructions say to apply on clean wet hair and leave it on for 3-5 minutes before rinsing. That’s exactly what I did! It left my hair feeling so very soft and light! My hair feels beautiful and healthy for the first time in a long time! I absolutely love this stuff! Thank you awapuhi!

My hair has never felt so soft but I do feel like I use a TON of this product. I use it about once a week but I feel like I’m using 1/4 - 1/3 of the bottle each time to fully coat my hair because the product doesn’t spread easily. Still much cheaper than paying a salon to put the same stuff on my hair. Smells great

I love this stuff and use the whole line of PM Wild Ginger products. The smell is Heavenly and I have people tell me several days after I wash my hair that it smells good. It’s not an overwhelming scent though. Leaves your hair so soft and clean. Love love love love it and while it seems pricey a small amount goes a long way so you don’t need as much. One bottle of this lasts me almost 6 months or more.

I've used this product for a few years, and will never stop. I love the scent, as well as the beneifits to my hair. I have a lot of hair, but it's not very thick. I use this intensive treatment once weekly, and it doesn't weigh my hair down.

I’ve been using this specific line from Paul Mitchell for over 10 years. As I get older and my 40s, I started having trouble with my hair. I only use this particular conditioner. Occasionally friends / family have asked me to try something new. On a couple occasions I did and it went right back.At this point in time, I have no plans on changing this Paul Mitchell product line. I do like to buy the professional sizes and I buy one or two a year. Tell me the cost will be the same if I was buying something of less quality.
