So I've been in alot of pain and have several medical issues. I had been taking a cheaper B12 with not much to say about it. This one blew my mind.I'm always taking otc pain meds. I took one of these and didn't need all the pain meds. Was able to stay on a 12 hour schedule without the every 4 hour doses. That's after just 1 of NOW B12.You've got to try this. I felt better mentally and physically.

Effective and it’s a great price.

My PCP recommend I take B-12 since my levels were low. I couldn’t tell much of a difference in my energy levels. These do not have a bad taste, easy to take.
