I am a private candidate looking to build a solid foundation for A-level. If you are in a similar situation, or perhaps just self studying, then this book loses a lot of value. The reason being that no answers are provided to the worked examples, nor the practice questions. These are only available to teachers through a downloadable pack. This book is more valuable to students who are at school. However, unless hodder education massively reduce the quality of their next publication of this specification, then their book would be the much better choice. This book seems hastily put together and lacks the depth found in other publications.

Same format as the previous book for the 2016 spec. It's borderline like a revision guide - there isn't much detail.
