Murray Cookies, Sugar Free, Pecan Shortbread

A great sugar free cookie. Quality is A1. Light and airy texture with great pecan flavor. A very fresh cookie.

I am pre-diabetic, and have to reduce my sugar/carb intake. Let's face it: sugar-free will never taste as good as sugar-full. Have been trying different sugar-free sweet things, and these aren't the worst thing out there. They are very dry, even for shortbread, but not too hard. Taste. . . . well, they are sugar-free. They do taste fresh, and they don't have an after taste. They are sweetened with maltitol, polydextrose, maltodextrin, sucralose, and acesulfame potassium. I can't say they're my favorite, and wish they had added some vanilla for flavoring. But for a snack with coffee, they're acceptable. Was debating between 3 stars and 4 stars, and decided they're probably a 3.7, and rounded up to 4.

The cookies came all in cookie crumbles and crushed very disappointed had about 1/3 cookie crumbs 1/3 good cookies and then the other third cookie pieces good cookies but would not order again.

These are absolutely delicious without that fake sugar aftertaste. That being said, you can't eat half the bag, and expect your glucose not to rise. There's still carbohydrates in them. I will be buying these again. A total winner for diabetics, or anyone wanting to cut your sugar.

These taste good especially being sugar free. I started buying them a month ago for about 3.75. I went to place another order they are now 10 that ridiculous.. I will not buy these again. That’s laughable!

Have sampled several. US Bakery not China. Crispy & like China no coconut tastes (sometimes good though).Pecans spread typically.Buying more: like any indulgence THIS IS NOT DIET food, but helps. Still has high carbs
