I like cozy and cute. My workplace actually got me this chair a few months ago. My back gets sore working at a desk all day. The bigger deal is my bottom. I’m 28, so it shouldn’t be a problem, but it was for about a year. Since this chair, I have had no issues in that department. I bought this specific purchase for at home because I loved it so much. (So now I have 1 at work and 1 at home). I have a black chair at work and the beige/tan one at home. I’m 5”1’ and absolutely love this chair! It has controls that allow you to rock (or not) and my feet can reach the ground when lowered (this is actually such a big deal for me). Overall, I absolutely love this chair. And it’s not bulky, so I don’t feel like it takes up a bunch of space. Assembly wasn’t bad. You can probably do it by yourself, but it’s much easier with light assistance. Very sturdy/durable. I have no wear and tear and I’ve had this for months now.

This chair is good for its value. The seat cushion can be adjusted from hard to soft which is nice. The lumbar support is kind of a joke. It’s like a trap door that opens one “click” at a time. It just pushes you forward without any lumbar support whatsoever. However, the first setting is very comfortable for me, so it ended up working great. The wheels move effortlessly on carpet (mine is thick too), and the arms go up easily to slide the seat under your desk for more room when you’re done. Fake leather, but it looks and feels great. Definitely a comfortable chair. Step 4 in the directions is terrible. Putting the first bolt in the bottom of the back-support and arm rest, it has you doing it with the chair upright and it is impossible!!!! Instead, lay the entire chair on its side and put the screw in from the top. Other than that, it was simple.

My back had enough of sitting in terribly uncomfortable household chairs, and finally, after suffering for years, I have upgraded to a real home office chair!! This chair fits my body size perfectly and the lumbar support and head rest are aligned just perfectly. (for size reference, I am a 5' 6" curvy woman, size 16). The overall quality is great, the chair was easy enough to assemble and the adjustable lumbar support is sturdy. Everything in the chair description works as it should and it has essential functions that are well thought out; nothing more is needed. Although the material is PU leather, it looks and feels great and the stitching appears sturdy as well. When assembling it I did have another person holding up the seat back while I placed the side arm screws to be sure all aligned well (follow the instructions, start out with screws half in and tighten up screws fully when all are in place). It was all put together and I was happily spinning and rocking within ten minutes.

Beautiful comfortable easy to put together chair! Love the white color! Rolls smoothly and the leather arms are so soft and supportive.

Unfortunately didn't fine out this problem until the return period expired but THIS CHAIR DOES NOT TILT!!!!! Also, not sure what is wrong with the fabric but it apprears the color from my older pants tansfers to the white pho leather. Not cheep but I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair downstairs in our joint home office, thought I'd save a few dollars - MISTAKE. I've had a few of the Herman Miller chairs for years absolutely zero problems. Now I'm stuck with a chair that does not tilt or tossing it in the trash and buying a chair worth the price being paid/charged.

As a very short woman (4' 11") who has chronic low back & neck issues due to scoliosis, I am telling you THIS is the answer to my prayers! I sit the majority of my work day - and have been struggling with pain. Most office chairs are designed for taller people - long seat, high lumbar (if any) and way off the ground even at the lowest setting. I spent a full day reading reviews on this chair - was hesitant to spend $300 - but I am telling you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!The packaging was excellent - each piece wrapped & secure in the box. I assembled it last night by myself - and yes it was easy - but will say it would be beneficial to have another person to help hold the back of the seat up during assembly, as the back is heavy. Very nice quality - the seat & back are very plush. The depth of the seat is perfect - I don't have to adjust to scootch back - the bend in my knees is just over the edge of the seat and my back is against the back section of the char. The lumbar adjustment is fabulous - easy & quick. Arms conveniently raise up and casters are smooth. Feet aren't flat on the ground at the lowest setting, but the full front of my foot is, which is fine.When I came to work today I was hurting - as soon as I sat down & started working, the pain just disappeared.If you are a shorter person looking for a chair that "fits", give this a try. I do not think you will be disappointed. I am extremely delighted with this chair - and I wish I had found it sooner.
