Start with this to get that nice and dense neccc. Then move up in weight. Don’t try to do much to soon. Only got one neck and gotta keep it thicccc

Quality resistance band
This band works great for beginning a neck resistance training regimen. It’s important to start out light weight and increase gradually. This bad is great for that. I moved up to the 25 lbs band already.

More challenging than the 25 lb!
Arrived in good condition.Noticeably tougher than the 25 lb. Would recommend if the 25 lb is starting to feel easy (but take it slow and gradual, no need to rush to up the weight with this)
