Best frying pan ever!
I love this frying pan. The quality is impressive, nothing sticks to it and it washes easily.

It is really non-stick
I have been using this frying pan nearly every day for the last four months to make breakfast, and I am satisfied with its performance.Once it is used on a medium to low heat on my gas stove, it wipes off very easily. If the heat is higher, it takes a little longer to clean off, but nothing remains stuck on.

Great, XL Pan! Highly recommend!
Wanted a solid copper pan for a while! This one was reasonably priced and LARGE too! Used it once already and it didn't disappoint. Trick is that this is not a NON-STICK pan and metal utensils should not be used in it to keep its finish. Overall, a very nice pan. Highly recommend!

You'll love cooking again!
The 'nonstick' frying pan I had been using for years was a mess. I knew I needed to replace it -- but I wasn't willing to buy another cruddy one that I knew would end up just like the one I had. And I wasn't willing to spend the $$ for the one I really wanted. Then I saw this one and read the reviews. One video review from a regular guy sold me. He had been using his for about 3 weeks and it looked brand new. He commented about how much he could fit in the pan. I was also impressed that it is safe up to 550 degrees. I bought the pan and boy, have I been enjoying cooking stuff! They say you can use steel utensils in it, and I have done so very gingerly. Mostly, I just use silicone spatulas to move things around. It does a SUPERB job on sauteed onions. Last night I made blueberry pie filling from frozen blueberries. Cleanup is quick and easy. Oh -- I LOVE the lid! It fits perfectly and cleans up just as easily. If you're debating -- don't. Just buy it. It goes into my "what did I ever do without it" category!

Good non stick. But not flat.
I took it out of the box and added some water. As you can see in the image, it's not flat. There's a small inverse bowling. I removed 1 star for that. But also as you can see in the image, it's a bit water-phobic, which bodes well for non-sticking. We'll see how long that lasts. My first use was bacon followed by eggs. It performed perfectly. Cooked well and no sticking at all. Clean up was super easy.It looks great and seems to be of good quality. It's light, which can be good, but makes me worry a bit about durability. The handle didn't get hot -- unless I got too close to the pan. That is, even the "sleeve" portion of the handle was too hot to touch nearer the pan. Not a problem but something to be aware of because it LOOKS like it wouldn't be hot there.I won't be touching it with metal and I'll only be hand washing it.

Non-stick with no PFAS
I love this pan! It cleans up beautifully. It's a little large and I would definitely purchase individual pieces if they were available.

Love this pan - perfect 🥰
I love this skillet. 98% on point from me* it doesn't burn food, but can get things crispy if that's what you want - like with fried potatoes.* no need for lots of butter or oil to keep the food able to slide along without getting stuck to the bottom - nothing sticks 😀* cleanup is a breeze - so far, nothing has stuck to any part of the pan - not potatoes, not eggs, not cheese, not grilled buns or bread... so nice and easy cleaning - I haven't had to use much pressure to clean it* easy transference from stove to oven to plate* height of sides is such that you can't flip items (it's sides are too vertical instead of lower horizontal) you have to use a spatula or other turning device, but it makes up for that one issue in that it cooks so evenly across the skillet**** the only issue really, thst needs addressed is that the lid has a handle that is just metal... I'm sure it because thst allows the pan to go in the oven at higher temperatures with the lid on it, but it would be nice not to burn.myself from hitting a piece of my hand on that handle and it coming away like I'd been branded from it.... a coating for the lid's handle would be nice... but it's easy enough to deal.with..So overall, this is an excellent buy. I love it. 98%. Only taking off points for the lid getting too hot and the skillet's handle getting too hot too.... everything else is awesome. The height of the sides is more than I expected, but it's such a small thing to deal with its negligible...So far it's very durable, easy to use, pretty... oh, it's just a little heavy for the skillet handle. It's a little hard to keep it even in the air. Trying to turn it one-handed is even harder, but again, those things can be worked around because everything else is do good. But in future, if it could be balanced better, it'd be appreciated.Just the right size for family cooking, or single use if you want some leftovers.

Great pan, but scratches easily
I love how easily foods lift out of this pan and how easy it is to clean. Only marking down one star because the surface of the pan also scratches really easily. So far this has not impacted usability, but I'm concerned that after more wear, the light scratching with reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick.
