Great tool.
Cuts glass nice and clean, makes stained glass projects really easy. Has a couple of extra heads in case you wear them out too quick.

Great glass cutter! But not all the blades fit.
The cutter worked perfectly! I was able to cut two large pieces of mirror effortlessly. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is the one blade that says 2-6mm wasn’t able to attach to the handle. You can see in the picture it is slightly larger than the other two. So when I inserted the screw it doesn’t reach down far enough to grab the handle. It ends up just sliding off. However even though my glass was 5mm I used the larger cutter and it worked fine.

Smooth, Precise, and Easy to Use!
This upgraded glass cutter exceeded my expectations! It cuts cleanly and smoothly, thanks to the sharp carbide tip and automatic oil dispensing. The anti-skid alloy handle feels solid and reduces wrist strain. I used it for cutting custom glass with perfect results. The included cutting oil and extra heads make it a great value. Highly recommend for any glass cutting project!

Ehhh
The concept is great but getting a straight cut around the whole bottle without it moving is damn near impossible. The L bracket needs to be sturdier for this kind of tool, if you put any amount of force on it it moves the whole bottle, I’ve managed to cut a couple bottles but not easy.

Researched a lot of different types but this one I feel is easy and efficient!
Wanted to get into upcycling bottles and was researching different types of bottle cutters and reviews and went with this one. Took me a little bit to get the hang of it (although it was operator error and not the product), but it is so easy to use and literally gives you everything you need to start cutting bottles. I will say it does take some practice to know how much pressure you need to use when scoring the bottle, but I find that using the gloves and I found some goggles too, help me feel prepared when cutting. Definitely recommend this brand if you plan on cutting a lot of glass!

Takes Some Practice, Very Fun
I've had this thing for a while and I've gotten pretty good at using it, so I'd say I'm pretty happy with the product. It works well, it had held up for a while so far, and it's pretty fun to cut bottles.I was getting pretty uneven cuts at first and it seemed like I was always breaking bottles or cracking little notches out of the sides, and the biggest thing that helped me was to not put so much pressure on when doing the cutting. It's a little misleading because you're "cutting" with a "blade" and it's easy to imagine that the scoring phase is doing the heavy-lifting in the cutting process but it isn't. The cold and hot water are doing 90% of the work, the blade really is just for telling the water what to break and how, you don't need much pressure at all.It seems like higher scoring pressure just stresses the glass out and increases the risk of cracking, but light pressure gives a nice, even line. Then 3-4 cycles of very hot water and very cold water do most of the work of breaking the glass in a crisp clean line via magic. My biggest struggle now is getting the (very sharp!) edges smooth. The method of wet sandpaper on a flat surface works, but it takes FOREVER and my arm wears out before the glass does. I've been using a Dremel with a little grinding wheel and that works pretty well, but I'm not sure I feel comfortable enough to drink out of them, because they're still pretty rough. I think I need a second stage of fine sandpaper after the grinding bit. I'll report back if that ends up working and not taking forever.I also found out that drilling holes in the thick bottoms of an old liquor bottle is really, really hard if you're not using the right drill bit. I was using a diamond bit which I figured would be perfect, but it was dull and wasn't getting it done. The kit actually includes a little hole-saw style bit with a grinding edge that you can fit into any drill, and that worked way better than my dull-ass normal bit.
