These vitamins are all natural and work with the body without overloading it with unnecessary additives that you find in other types of vitamins. I don’t usually do reviews … but felt I had to review this product! My skin used to be dry, itchy and flaky! My legs were always irritated from shaving.., lotion never really helped…but this product has completely transformed my skin! No more itching or dryness - I have soft smooth skin now! I absolutely love it ❤️

I also like that these vitamins don't have overly excessive potency because too much vitamin content can have adverse effects. The tablets are a bit large, but still smaller than the other multivitamins I've tried. The bottle says a serving size is two tablets, so I take them at two different meals to spread out the vitamin absorption.

I've been very happy with these vitamins. What I like most is the fact that they are vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free which fits perfectly with my dietary needs. But what really won me over is the complete nutrition they provide. I feel healthier and more energized. A fantastic product that I'd recommend to anyone looking to improve their health routines.

I like the fact that this brand is third party tested, which at least gives me some assurances that what they say is in the vitamin is actually in there.These are slightly larger than some vitamins, such as Centrum and you have to take two a day (meaning this 120 -count bottle is a 60-day supply), but they aren’t difficult to swallow and have a pleasant odor and taste. There have been no ill effects from taking multivitamin.These are a bit expensive though in my opinion as opposed to other brands and at times is hard to find in stock.The vitamins are fresh and a very complete multivitamin with the nutrients needed for women over 40. My better half reported that she has been sleeping better after taking vitamins and feels more rested.4 stars

A great product

I have Colitis and this brand seems to work well no irritation at all and easy to swallow. I love the subscription too. Cheaper this way and I don't have to worry about running out. The vitamins are very hard to find in stores and when you do it's WAY over priced.
