Zint Beef Gelatin Powder: Unflavored Kosher Paleo-Friendly Collagen Protein, 32 Ounce

I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. It's finely granulated, nearly flavorless, and dissolves easily in a small amount of warm water; taking on the flavor of whatever liquid you add to it. I've used it in hot tea, hot broth, soups, and smoothies, to name just a few. I also use it with fruit juice to make a sweet, low cal "jello-y" treat.As if that weren't enough, gelatin is a wonderful nutritional supplement supplying 6 grams of hard-to-get protein per tablespoon! It's also pure collagen and has been used for many decades to strengthen hair and nails, smooth your skin, and build strong bones. I can't swallow those huge collagen capsules, but I can easily get all the collagen I need--added to my normal diet with this wonderful product.Lastly, an unexpected benefit of using a serving per day of gelatin has been a complete recovery from chronic diarrhea. I can't say if this would work for everyone, but it certainly has been a game changer for me! I will certainly be sure to keep this product in my pantry.

I like the quality of this product!! I started taking gelatin this way: we had a small box of gelatin in our kitchen cabinets for a long time. One day I am like, "what can I use it for? What is it good for? " I went online and started reading about gelatin and collagen and how much we need it in our daily living. I decided to experiment and see what it will do to my body. My first experiment was not with this gelatin or collagen- I used the box we had, which was gatin from Safeway store. I used 1 tsp mixed in water and drank it. And, I'm very sensitive and notice changes in my body right away. So, I noticed very soon that it took care of my leaky gut and my sciatic nerve pain and back pain. I've no longer felt like a hollow tree. My guts improved too !!! I've started feeling like 17 again!! My sciatic nerve pain. Which was caused by torn disc in my back , T12 and L1, has decreased drastically!!!! Very drastically. If I felt pain upon awakening, then right now I feel like my youth has renewed and I'm back being a teenager. Gelatin and Collagen really filled my fractures, holes, and hollows in my body. It provided cushioning to my back, it sealed my guts, so it doesn't leak. I feel amazing now. Of course in all this, I give glory to my wonderful God who gives wisdom and teaches me how to take care of my body and myself. He is an AMAZING FATHER!!! So, of course, I urge everyone to try out and experiment these products, Zint Collagen and Zint Gelatin. Use small amounts and see how your body reacts. A friend of mine recommended adding gelatin to my daily diet to help my nails recover from an injury. I've always had weak nails, and the recovery was going rather slow. Since I started taking the gelatin, I've noticed that my nails have grown out faster than they had previously and are also stronger and healthier than before.(NOTE: This is NOT a miracle cure! It is a nutrition source your body uses to maintain and repair itself. My nails still took some time - as in weeks - to fully grow out and recover, but I did notice quite a bit of improvement during this process. Though some people notice improvements faster than others, no one's body can fully repair damage to hair, skin, nails, joints, etc. over night.)Please note:1) I have not tried other brands of gelatin. I decided on this brand due to the manufacturer's reported efforts to involve environmental considerations into the production process (free-range, grass fed bovine), and the fact that it is kosher as well as minimally processed.2) I simply take the gelatin with water. I have not used it in recipes (jello, gummy bears, etc.), so I can't attest to how well it does with that - though, I can say it does not have a strong flavor (unless you are extremely sensitive) and gels quickly.

I purchased this product for joint and digestive health. The manufacturer states it is free of preservatives, gluten and is non GMO , from animals pasture- raised on an organic diet. These were all selling points for me and what I had been looking for in a gelatin. I add it to my morning coffee and it blends very well. After about two months use, I can feel a difference in my knee joints and seem to have better mobility. My digestion seems to have improved as well, but have also been watching my diet more closely and cutting the gluten. All and all, I feel this is a good product and will continue using it.

ZINT is the only brand of gelatin I have tried. I have no comparisons to make other than costs which all of us can see. I get tired of purchasing products because brand name dictates price. Give me a good product at a fair price regardless of "name" and you have my business. Thank You Zint.I value this product it highly enough that within a week am making a second purchase without hesitation. I do not have smell or taste issues in general and have no qualms with the quality of the ZINT product regarding these features. I use it in my coffee and have recently figured out how to make a coffee jello-like dessert with Stevia and Zint gelatin that works for me. Anecdotally I have watch my hair loss reduced SIGNIFICANTLY within this last week! Though this was not the primary reason for the purchase it is the only change/contributing factor I can identify for the hair retention. I use this product as an easily assimilated and easily digestable protein source as a middle aging woman looking for options beyond muscle meats.
