I ordered these mostly for my husband, who suffers from sleep apnea and breathing problems at night. Instead of trying to get him into one of those awful machines for sleeping, I figured we'd try a natural approach. The four pack comes in four different scents - the minty one is our favorite. Does it work? Absolutely. You are immediately hit and it does give a little buzz and clear out your nasal passages. He has been keeping one next to the bed, and has used it several times and is finding that while it is not solving the problem, it is making it easier for him to breathe.

Nice product. As a Traditional Naturopath, I Love love love that it is natural !This product does exactly what it claims. Effect is immediate and is a nice refreshing boost. Of course the effects aren’t long lasting ( as it’s not medicine or a cure) but I’ve been breathing better now for well over an hour… it is however a quality product and works. I’m impressed and I will be buying more to share with friends and family. It definitely helps with blocked, stuffy passages.The price is a little much but I’m sure the three pack will last quite a while and is worth it. Packaging is great with the snap and twist top. No worrying that the cover will come off.A++++ 😉

I didn’t realize I wasn’t breathing freely. It’s been so helpful during pollen season. I’m 69 and drive to my farm two + days a week , I have started using the stick for a pick me up. I love this product! I go to tons of concerts and festivals every year. I brought the boom boom sticks to Beyond wonderland with me and they were a live saver! Sometimes, the crowd has a bad smell and it was nice being able to clear my nose and smell something amazing. Also, it definitely helps me wake up a bit when I’m getting tired during the night! Would definitely recommend to everyone and even for a daily use throughout the day!

With severe allergy/sinus issues I decided to try these in place of spending over $30 a week on allergy decongestants. So far they work great, though I have had them but a few days.Winter mint works great after you realize that you are snorting bengay and your nostrils are frozen. No I didn’t make a snowman.Mint works wonders because you are snorting a candy cane and your nostrils are only cold.Tropical I have not figured out the flavor, but my nose didn’t freeze.I refuse to use the Lilac due to past trauma.Prepare for your eyes to sweat. Not recommended to use these while driving or with a nosy German Sheppard s as you may end up pushing them too far up your nose. Care to guess how this was found out?
