I’ve been looking for a nonstick pan for my husband, as he has difficulty using my stainless steel pan. This one has been perfect for him. The nonstick surface works great—nothing sticks, and cleaning is a breeze. He’s been using it for everything from eggs to stir-fries, and it’s holding up really well with no signs of wear. The fact that it’s made in Korea gives me confidence in the quality, and since TeChef is a trusted brand, I know it’s a solid choice. It heats evenly, and it’s light enough for him to handle easily.That said, like others have mentioned, you do need to take care of it. I always avoid metal utensils, hand wash only, and never scrub too hard. I also make sure to wash it right after use. It’s super easy to cook with, but definitely easy to damage if you’re not careful. Still, if you treat it right, it’s absolutely worth it—definitely a keeper.

Easy to use, and clean up is crazy fast. So far, it has not warped, and heats evenly. I made Japanese omelets, and they came out perfect in this pan. I have used it approximately 7 times so far, on an electric stovetop.

Great pan. Non-stick and cleans right up. Sturdy with nice handle. Bought because it has ceramic coating without harmful chemicals. You will like this pan.

I used this skillet for 3 months every day to make my scrambled egg. I always preheated to no higher than medium heat as recommended, I used only silicone utensils, I never washed it until it was cooled, and I alway hand washed it. It heated up to temp rather quickly as compared to the GreenPan I already had. I was very happy with this skillet and was about to buy another one in a larger size. I'm so glad I hadn't yet. One morning after cooking my egg the same way I had for 3 months, there was a little sticking and when I washed it, there was a small dark stain left. That one area continued to stick thereafter. Then, one day last week I decided to use it to cook something else in it. Again, I preheated it to just medium. It cooked this item just fine. BUT, the next day when I cooked my egg as I always had, it stuck like crazy, and not just in the one small area(see picture). No matter what I do now, each morning about half my egg is stuck to the pan. After 2 weeks of putting up with this, I decided it was time to make a claim with the "Life-time warranty" which I had registered for when I purchased. In reading the fine print in the warranty-claim area states that the non-stick coating is NOT covered by the warranty!! Interesting that this is not mentioned in any of the sales material I have seen on this skillet! Please look at ALL the reviews on this skillet before buying. (You can check out the warranty yourself at: WARRANTY@TECHEF.com) I thought if I kept my temp med-low, used silicone utensils, and always washed by hand that I would have no problem. NOT SO!

I have been slowly replacing my well-known brand name cookware sets with TeChef products - from kitchen shears to many different types of pans. Not only they have exceeded my expectation, but also they have proved to be quality products. I have a college kiddo who lives off of eggs and ground beef dishes, so I gave my old pan and got myself a new square pan. It is a nonstick pan, heats quickly and evenly, its handle doesn't get hot easily, foods just slide out, and the cleaning is a breeze! I have made pancakes, french toast, fried eggs, omelettes, reheated leftovers and many more, and have been very happy with how they turned out. It is a perfect size for a personal or small family use, so I'll probably get another for my other college kiddo who is moving into an apartment this summer. Even though this is dishwasher-safe, I always hand wash to prevent damage to the nonstick coating. It'll last you a LONG time and become one of your best buddies in the kitchen. Highly recommend!!

Sturdy griddle, so far it has remained flat, but it's not overly heavy. I am careful not to overheat it and to let it cool gradually (don't stick it in dishwater when it is hot). Ceramic surface cleans up fairly well, not quite as easily as a "teflon" pan but better than anodized (e.g. Calphalon). Two minor complaints: 1. corners are more square than they need to be, so they don't heat up as evenly as if they were more rounded, also the pan doesn't fit easily into a sink/dishpan; 2. handle is tall so the pan doesn't stack well in my cabinet. Overall I'm pleased with it.

I Bought this pan about 2 months ago I think. The pictures taken today Sep 25 th it still looks as good as new, Very good quality pan, good coating on the pan and materials overall. Make a perfect omelet , medium eggs as we like every time, nonstick and good size not too small and not too big. Easy to clean. Recommend ! Very well worth the price you’re paying for a good frying pan.

Greatest pan I ever used. Owned square pan and planning on ordering round wok. Great with induction stove that keeps bottom of pan really clean without scratch and gas residue. Real non stick and light. I learned not to use in high heat right away with any pan for the long lasting effect including with any coated pan including this other than steel pan.
