Great pose reference tool
I really like these. They're great for learning poses since you move them around, and they have some detail and accessories you can swap around. I can see how they might break though. They're a bit fragile feeling, and sometimes when I'm moving the limbs around, I'm afraid I'll snap it off because I don't know if it's just stuck or doesn't have that range of motion (I've seen it both ways, but the range of motion is pretty realistic, better than I was expecting). But I suppose the most important thing is that you can change their poses anyway you want to and that they hold them. I'm honestly probably gonna buy more because I like the idea of just having a bunch of them in different little poses around my desk.

Almost, but some limitations.
After researching many items like this, I have come to the conclusion there are two male and two female models kits, that's it. They are just packaged different (singles or pairs) and of different colors (grey, black, beige). This one arrived first as two boxes, one for the male and one for the female. The kits them selves are the same accessories.I liked the packaging as it felt like I was opening a ton of intricate fun. It had many pieces that could be customized. It had two sets of directions, but both were in Chinese... the pictures were ok enough to figure out how it went together.Once assembled, all i can say is that the male is fragile, and the female is even more fragile. My expectation was that i was buying a "blank" Legends figure that was fully articulate. In reality they are much smaller than I wanted at only about 5.5 inches. Unfortunately, there aren't other choices on the platform. My Legends toys are of higher quality (ie: not just break) and slightly more articulate. This matters because in posing I was getting bit frustrated in the lack of movement. It's fine for basic expectations, but you will not be bending these into a spiderman pose. For that, I recommend getting the real thing. The directions suggest posing, taking a picture, then using that as reference or tracing. As you are now introducing lens distortion for people with no interest in photography, that may not be the best way to do it. In general, I found it to be a solid product. However I changed the hands once, and doubt I ever will again. They are too tiny for any real reference anyway. For that I got a different product. And the accessories I would have just thrown away, but I needed some weight in the base that it comes with.Overall, very happy with the purchase. Just pick the color you like and go from there.

Not good, returned
I had to return these. My bodykun came broken at the waist and bodychans arm kept falling off. Also they are MUCH smaller than you think, they are smaller than an iPhone. They are also hard to pose, they don't hold a pose well at all, and the pieces don't stay together whatsoever. If you change out the hands or something just be prepared to stick them back in 5000 times. They were not good at all, so I returned them. I would stick to the tried and true wooden figures or maybe even a BJD until some company figures out how to make these functional.

Female figure not made well
The male figure works well and holds it's pose with no problem. The female figure however does not seem like it is made well. The neck joint looks like it was put in backwards creating a permanent hunch back, the wrist joints come apart too easily to work with so the hand and wrist pieces fall off when you are trying to work with them, the mid section comes apart at the slightest movement and the right leg falls off randomly. The shoulder and hip joints make arm and leg positioning difficult. Where the male's arms and legs can be positioned freely, the female's arms and legs have to be fought with and don't really hold the position

Perfect for a Future Artist
My son bought these for his sister's sixteenth birthday. She is really into anime and wants to pursue a career in the field of creating animated characters for anime or film. She has grown so much in her art but still has a hard time sketching proportions properly, especially with males. My son saw these and felt they were perfect. Upon opening her gift, she yelled, "I have always wanted these!"Way to go, son!She said she has already improved using the figures and loves that they come with weapons as well! They are made really well and shipped extremely protected.

Not worth the money
Packaging was secure with some bents around the boxes but items are poor quality, the limbs don’t stay put when posing. The upper joints are also flimsy, and easily pop off. I’ve lost some pieces because of how loose the parts are. The arms have a small movement range and hands don’t grasp the props. The arms and limbs do not bend like they should. The female anatomy proportions are off. The male counterpart works a little better. Both are only good references for simple poses.

Figures hold their positions well
The female is a little stiff, so be gentle with it, but overall I am happy with the quality. I was worried the fits wouldn’t be snug enough, and it would be loose, but everything seems tight enough and the figures stay where you put them. The hands are surprisingly smooth for small factory mold/ cut items. Highly recommend. They are about 5 or 6” tall (13-15cm).
