Wow, you use a minimum amount and it makes so much. It's all natural, no preservatives and it's a lot better than baking powder, Wonder gravey mix, etc.My dog 10yrs old and I have food allergies. So, we went organic the year I adopted him at 9yrs old. We both have autoimmune decaeses, so we are careful with what we consume these days. I make Leo's food because he is allergic to all the dry dog food (which isn't good for any creature) including Science Diet d/d. What the vets don't tell you is that your dog/cat are allergic to grain fed animals. Those animal's left overs from the butcher are processed into dog food. Not to mention that those animals have been cadged all their lives, never ran free, fed cheap grain (watered with chemicals) and has a negative emotional impact on it's body. Hence, 99% of the dry dogfood is bad.That's my theory on the research I've conducted on dry dog/cat food and most wet food too.Should really look into this yourselves. It had a profound impact on me.

Works great as a thickener for ice cream
This stuff is a complete game changer for my ninja creamy ice cream I make. I make a pint of ice cream with one cup of whole milk, three quarters of a cup of fat-free half-and-half, three tablespoons of sugar-free chocolate syrup, a quarter cup of Stevia, and half a teaspoon of Guar Guam. I freeze it for 24 hours and once I process it using the ninja creamy it comes out better than halo top and tastes way better.

Works to Thicken Ice Cream Base
I use this mixed with xanthan gum, to thicken ice cream bases that are low fat and sugar free. This works really well and you only need a 1/4 tsp of each. Worth a try.

Don't use to much
Using to much in smoothie doesn't taste to good. I am going to buy again cause I like my smoothie thick not to thick. So I'll have to be careful how much I put in.
