Waste of time and money
Leaked at the hose-to-nozzle connection, internally. No way to fix it. I dickered around with this little bugger for a half hour. The connection to our utility sink faucet was secure and leak-free, but I could not fix the internal leak where the inside, rubber tubing connects to the spray end. The segmented, flexible metal you see on the outside, is only a cover for the internal rubber hose/tubing. I took it apart, and I know how the connection system is supposed to operate, but it was not repairable. I am not an Average Joe homeowner. I've been in the residential remodeling/contracting industry for 25 years. I've repaired and/or replaced a multitude of plumbing systems, of various designs. This is simply a piece of junk. I threw it away, after using the gasket that came with it to re-connect our old spray attachment. I repaired the old unit, with a hose clamp. The old unit is ugly, but it doesn't leak. I'll seek a better quality replacement. You should, too.Good luck.

Only sprays
I gave it 4/5. It sprays nicely, but once you pull the head down to make it spray for the first time, it'll never stay up again. I always want this sink to spray, so that fine, but others may want the normal stream of water sometimes. It's "home" quality, not "professional" quality

Read everything first to avoid a return.
Personally I didn't like it at all. It was to big for my faucet. I tried different adapters I already had and none would work. So I simply returned it. I'm going to say anything negative about it because I didn't use it.

Saves time!
We use it in the utility sink in the garage . Since the sink is wider and deeper, the flexibility of the spray up and down and sideways is very helpful for cleaning up projects and keeping the sink clean.

Leaks
I like the idea of having the sprayer and I needed to replace my aerator so I order this one and gave it a go. It’s easy to install but I had to take it back off a couple of times because it leaked. I finally got smart and put some pipe tape around the threading and it worked. I then had another leak! You can either pull down on the end and make it spray or you push it up and it streams. It has a constant leak around the top of the piece that you use to make it one way or the other. I’ve tried to mess with it but it’s still leaking and it looks like I still need a new aerator.

It's just an ok product
I love buying faucet extenders like these because my kitchen faucet is really short. I usually buy those "as seen on TV" ones, but those stopped being shipped to my state, for some reason. So I found this one and it looked similar enough. It started off ok, but it's just really powerful. That might not seem so bad at first, but then I started getting splashed like crazy every time I did the dishes. It's supposed to be easy to switch from a steady stream to a powerful jet stream, but it isn't easy to switch at all. The head of the extender gets stuck if you try to switch...so now I'm stuck with it shooting out partly steady stream on one side and the other is shooting out the powerful jet stream. The actual extender looks like it's made of metal, but it's not real metal...it seems more like plastic. I mean, it's just "ok" to wash dishes, but it's not "good"...but then again, it beats not having an extender at all, so I guess it's just ok. I think next time I'll just look for a different one instead of repurchasing another one of these.
