Don't waste your money, did not work. Very cheap.
It was cheap plastic and not worth the amount of money I spent on it. It did not cool any thing.

Absolutely useless in a car, water spills all over the place, and doesn't cool the car down.

Doesnt Work
Low Mode doesnt do anything, High Mode sounds like its going to explode. It was only about 80 Degrees when i tried it.
