Working great, review has update
Original review July, 2021:I wasn't sure what to expect but got this based on the reviews here.I came home with greatly marked down clearance rose bushes this year that were in really sad shape. The price was so low, in fact, that even if only 1 out of the 5 I got survived, I'd still be ahead. So that should give you an idea of how sad they were, lol.I planted them in their spots in the garden with the fertilizer and checked on them periodically. Within 2 days one was getting a bud. Ok,I thought, maybe that one will make it after all. But each time I checked on them, another one was doing better than it had been.Currently, it's been about a month since I brought those bushes home and they are all alive and blooming and I've even seen some new growth. Then I put some of the fertilizer on my miniature roses that were struggling in a large deck container... 3 out of 4 of the colors are now in full bloom! Waiting to see if that last color will come back.So out of 5 regular sized and 4 miniature roses, only one doesn't have blooms, and none of them look like they are struggling anymore. I'm really happy with this stuff and would definitely recommend based on my experience with it.I'm not sure what other flowers like this stuff but I'm currently experimenting in my garden to see. Everything I put it on so far has been good. I even got brand new bleeding hearts after I thought the bush was done for the season.Update August, 2021:All my roses bloomed beautifully, even that last one I was waiting for - look below for a list of bushes I currently have. A month after my last review of this product and I've got every bush with blooms and the foliage is perfect. I'm so happy with this stuff and I'm a lifetime customer as long as they don't mess with the formula.Roses I have in the garden right now:Miniature (potted): red, pink, white, and yellowBushes, not in pots:Double Knockout - redMiniature Double Knockout (2) - redDrift - apricotAs of this writing, every bush I got so far have been clearance and in sad states (some even from Walmart!). I am so happy with how beautifully they have recovered and are rewarding me with beautiful blooms! One more update, mid August, 2021:Definitely going to stick with this product from now on! Not only did it do my roses so good but also really helped other flowers in my garden really pop! I did a general fertilizing of my flower garden and everything in there just got so happy. Flowers that seemed to really like this stuff were: calendula, zinnia, impatiens, begonia, sunflowers... In another bed there were: miniature roses, balloon flowers... even my blanket flowers came back after I thought they were done for the season. Come to think of it, my coleus grew like mad right after applying this stuff. I hadn't put it together before writing this review. I was just out there thinking how huge they got all of a sudden! I guess we'll see how the perennials like it next year when their bloom time comes. This will be part of my amendment of the soil plan next spring before I plant new stuff. I'm really looking forward to a beautiful garden next year!

Sometimes defective product and fantastic customer support
The media could not be loaded. I purchased Jobes fertilizer before and was always happy with it. I also know how it's supposed to look.Last time I purchased "citrus and fruit jobes" on Amazon I knew the product was not good right away. Usually it looks like little dark roundish granules (see the pic of palm fertilizer I got from the same seller here on amz), but the citrus one was light gray rough rocky powder that smelled way too much of manure. The other times the product would have a tolerable smell of manure, that's expected, but this bad product I got this time smelled undearably. Additionally when I opened the bags (I got 2) the chicken manure smelling powder flew up into my face, on my hair and clothes. I thought they changed the formula, that's why it looked so different. The caducity date was good (see the pic), so I added the fertilizer to most of my fruit plants and citrus trees pots, worked it into the top layer as usual, watered as usual.Fastforward a few days, I discovered that all of my pots that I fertilized with this had infestation of house flies larvae. I was shocked and disgusted. I used a natural remedy to try and kill them, but most of my plants are dead and I am still seeing if the other ones survive. You can see in my video and pictures of larvae thriving inside the soil and agonizing after I drenched infested pots with my thermonuclear natural solution. My best guess at what happened is that some insect ate the manure component of the fertilizer while it was in the bag, it lost its granular shape and became powdery, then I used it in my pots, and it became readily available for flies to reproduce in my moist warm pot soil spruced with powdered chicken waste. That never happened to me before and I do gardening for 9 years. Only this time with this smelly powdery failure of a fertilizer.I contacted the company thru their website, because my return window closed 6 days ago, but no reply from them. I am going to try to call, will update if they stand behind their product.I am out of money, out of my tomatoes for the season, out of hours of labor to grow the seedlings and then to kill the infestation, out of luck with aftersale support. That's some serious bad luck with this product. If you see your fertilizer powdered, return asap, don't use it, or you will find yourself in a conundrum similar to mine.Update: customer support agent responded and promised to send replacement. I will update review if I get it. So far so good.Update 2: changed title and star rating from 1 to 5. Just 1 day later I received 2 bags from Debbie from CS of Jobe's, opened and yay! same amazing quality that I've come to expect from Jobe's. I appreciate their wonderful product and great customer support. I also purchased from them flower fertilizer and palm fertilizer. They have earned a fan for life in me. Thank you Jobe's!
