Pure Lanolin
I bought this as a recommendation from an ENT Dr. for nosebleeds. It is thick and creamy and of good quality. The smell is a heavy leather smell. After a few times using I got use to it. It definitely moisturizes and helped with stopping my nosebleeds. Worth the money as it will last a long time.

Stinky. Moisturizing! 🩷
It does what it’s supposed to do - moisturize extremely dry skin. The smell is pungent at times. It does smell a bit like a goat or perhaps an armpit, though that does fade a bit and it hasn’t stopped me from using it when times are dire enough. 🩷😅

Great salve!
I love this salve! I use it on my chapped lips in the winter and also skin cracks on my fingers. I have also used it on our doodle for razor burns after her grooming. We had a cold February and I would use a dab on my face for protection against the wind when doing chores outside. A little goes a long way.

Not easily spreadable
This lanolin is very firm almost like a wax.

Pure Lanolin Cream
It took me a while to reach a decision to purchase this brand of Lanolin because I wanted it to be of good quality and I am very happy that I chose this brand. It's 100% pure and natural, unprocessed Lanolin which has a slight scent reminiscent of being from Real Sheep. So far I have used it to heal my sore lips as well as to heal very painful finger splits in only 2 days; whereas nothing else worked even though some skin preparations were much, much more expensive. In order to get the best results from the lanolin treatment I applied this on all my fingers at night just before going to sleep and then I put on oversized, brown jersey gloves which I kept on overnight. I'm very happy with the results.

Excellent! Don’t let the smell comments get to you
When I saw all the reviews regarding the smell, I was a little concerned; though, having many Irish wool sweaters in the family, as well as using wool wash for my knits, I am no stranger to the smell of lanolin. That being said, from the reviews I assumed that the smell would be extremely pungent! I just want everyone to know that it honestly is not bad at all—it just has a hint of that “barnyard” smell. With lanolin literally being the oil produced by sheep, I honestly don’t know why so many people were surprised by the smell; it’s almost like complaining that mead tastes like honey. But, I digress! I have extremely sensitive skin and for the past year or so I have found that I have developed a reaction to beeswax—specifically when it comes to lip balms. I’ve only been wearing this lanolin for a little over 24hrs now, and I can already tell a considerable difference! My lips feel incredibly soft and retain their moisture for a substantially longer time than other balms (and let it be noted that I currently have bronchitis and have been blowing my nose a ton and drinking lots of fluids). It has the consistency of a super thick honey, or a sticky wax. I appreciate that it’s a natural remedy for my skin issues, and the smell doesn’t bother me one bit! It’s more evident upon first application, but fades quickly. Definitely recommend!
