I received my order of 7 Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray on Sunday evening, Apr 27, 2025 and used the spray on myself and hubby's feet. About 5 days ago while preparing to load a mower onto a flatbed trailer, one of the wooden ramps became dislodged and fell onto his foot. It was obviously sore, but when he awoke Monday morning he told me that his foot didn't hurt any longer. I asked him tonight, Tue, Apr 29 whether his foot was still sore, he said no. Was NOT expecting ANY results like this, and the oil spray was only applied to the soles of his feet. Very pleasant surprise! Also, we both slept very well despite thunderstorms and high winds. That was the expectation we were hoping for...sound, restful sleep! Thank you, 7 Minerals!

A friend with a similar standing and walking heel pain as mine encouraged me to try this product. The only other relief for the pain was to frequently stretch the hamstring and calf muscles to lessen tension on my lower left heel, which would all too quickly return. To my absolute amazement I felt the pain leave my heel within five to ten minutes after applying the spray and rubbing it into my heel area, and the freedom from tension and pain lasted all day. Being skeptical of topical remedies such as this product, I still cannot believe how well it works, but it does.

It’s still early, I’ve only been using it for a week or two and have missed a couple nights but definitely feel much more relaxed after use, especially in my muscles or areas where I ache and hold a lot of tension. I do feel like it’s helped with my sleep. Working on making it a part of my nightly routine and so far very pleased! Everybody is different and I think I still have a few things other things to work on before I’ll get that perfect night’s sleep I’m aiming for but I definitely feel a bit of an improvement. I understand it can take time for magnesium to build up in your system and I’ve always been deficient but I’m super pleased with the brand and quality…feels like a brand I can trust and be confident in and I love all the extra info they give you access to like the ebook! I am starting on a journey to be more mindful of toxins, detoxing, and using holistic and naturopathic remedies instead of prescription medications. I had read about the benefits of using magnesium oil at night and decided to give it a try. I am now on my second bottle of this oil. I forgot to use it one or two nights and I could tell such a difference in my sleep without it. I will hopefully not be making that mistake again. This stuff is truly amazing and it is so subtle in how it works.. One bottle lasts for a long time. A couple spritzes on my feet is all it takes. It is now part of my nightly bedtime routine.

Best product ever! As someone who works overnights, trying to sleep on my nights off has been a true struggle. Decided to purchase this product after reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. A true 10/10! Right before I go to lay down I grab some lotion and spray it a few times with this magnesium oil and rub it on my feet.. takes about 10mins and I’ll fall asleep. I will NOT wake up till my morning alarm goes off. No more tossing and turning or waking up frequently throughout the night! It is the best kind of sleep I’ve ever gotten using this product. Will continue to use and repurchase!

I recently purchased 7 Minerals Pure Magnesium Oil to use on my knees. Unfortunately, my knees are shot (bone on bone) and I'll be having knee replacement surgery this year. That said, nothing is going to eliminate my knee pain, but since using this Magnesium Oil I find it has minimized my knees pain. This was all I was hoping for.I like that I can spray this on and it rubs nicely into your skin. It's a light oil, so it's not messy and absorbs onto the skin pretty quickly. I spray it on after showering and it's dry by the time I get dressed. So far, I've only used it directly to the area of my pain and have not tried it on the bottom of my feet. I have had no reactions to this Mineral Oil.I appreciate that Seven Minerals lists the possible side-effects in the product description. I recommend this product for joint and muscle pain management.

This is the 2nd brand I’ve tried. It definitely does the job, no doubt about that. I like the size and the price compared to another brand I’ve tried. My only complaint is the almost stickiness I felt. I sprayed it on my feet, legs, knees, and elbows before I went to bed. I massaged into my skin and waited until it was absorbed and dry to the touch. During the night my legs and arms felt slightly sticky or filmy like dried sweat. I’m also sensitive to textures. I’m sure I can and will get used to it as it worth the pain relief from nightly restless leg syndrome and achy joints. I also felt so much more relaxed than I usually do so I do believe it helped me fall asleep faster as well. Overall, despite the filmy-ness, it’s still a win and a keeper.
