I went looking for some yummy gluten-free gingerbread treats for the holidays and these cupcakes did not disappoint! It's really difficult to find good gluten-free baked goods and these were so good you wouldn't even know they were gluten-free! Gluten-free products are also more expensive but when you get something you like that actually tastes good, it's worth it! These were great snacks to have with a cup of tea in the evening. Moist and not all dried out, with good flavor, and the cream on the inside was good too! I would definitely buy these again when I need a sweet treat!

These little desserts saved my winter party with my mother, as the other sweets I bought she didn't like as much. Nice little sweet-spice cupcakes with contrasting soft, light cream filling. We didn't need gigantic cupcakes either. Just the little treat was perfect! Thank you! Love the gingerbread and needed gluten free!!!

Katz makes the best pies ever. And super mini pies. Even compared to wheat flour pastry, they are top-notch.I just find the muffin okay.Still, if you find the mini pies and regular one serving pies to be too sweet for your taste, you will probably find the muffins to be just right.Kayz makes a wonder product for people like myself who are alergic to gluten.I recommend you try it and see.

when I received these cupcakes I was expecting them to be a little bland. But to my surprise, they taste very good. I am glad to find sweets that taste good. I will buy them again.

I thought these were pretty stale. it was hard to chew. Usually I like Katz, so I was disappointed.Didn't taste like cream cheese or carrot cake was pretty bland. wouldn't buy again.
