Nice product, and well made, but bulky.
This is a perfect accessory for your next paracord weave project. You can weave this into either a standard cobra weave. Oddly this accessory in theory should be the same size as the CRKT bottle opener, but the weave passage is larger. There is a smooth twist lock retaining pin on the back side of this accessory to lock it's position onto your weave. Obviously it is much more secure in a king cobra weave, and it will not move without effort, but it works in both weaves. This item is also very bulky, so don't think that this accessory will go unnoticed. Not only is it wide, but it is also thick. I'm not sure how many hours are available to a new set of batteries as I have not used it that long. Also the light is useful to a point, but don't expect it to replace a real flashlight. It can provide enough light to help you get around in the dark to prepare a fire, or find your front door keyhole after an evening out. This item appears to be extremely rugged. I have also not attempted to change the battery, but there is a twist out compartment cover on the opposite side of the flashlight barrel side.

Cheaply made
I bought this item twice. The first time I bought it, the compass lens was cracked, but that isn't Columbia River's fault. The second time I bought it, I was sorely disappointed. The compass will not work with the wire-saw bracelet. I should have thought of that before I bought the compass, because the wire saw is made of metal and interferes with the magnet in the compass. The flashlight has a very small piece, probably a small spring, that promptly fell out, unbeknownst to me until I tried to put the batteries back in and found that the light would not work unless I tipped it upside-down. I didn't even want the flashlight, but it seemed more useful to me than a firestarter. But now I have this lump of plastic on my bracelet that does not have a working compass or a working flashlight.

Looked promising, but....
I've purchased and have been satisfied with CRKT items in the past, so why not, when I saw this item. The compass is akin to what we used to find in Cracker Jack boxes when I was a kid. Unless you can balance it absolutely level, north will be any point on the dial. The light is handy, but a bit of a pain if you wear on your left arm as I do. Now if the light was removable so I could read the compass in the dark....

Ehhhh
so nowhere is there a knife just for clarification the led isn't that bright and the compass is Compleatly wrong and very insensitive if u turn to the north of your compass and then turn to the south the compass will move but it will point west so it would be no help if u needed it

Typical CRKT Quality
As advertised and as one would expect from CRKT very sturdy. Was bulkier than I was expecting and for my use would be good for survival navigating or fire starting but not for everyday wear. Bracelet now on my bugout bag. Will order another bracelet for everyday wear.
