Q: Can stereoscopic photos taken with this camera be viewed on a 3d TV?

If you have the software then yes. The image quality is fairly low though so I would consider other options if you only want to take 3d images as this camera is very expensive for what it can do

Q: As the lens distance is only 60mm, does the world feel too large when watching back in VR?

180 degree, 3D image size is perfect when viewed in VR headset. 360 2D is a little large on close up objects but fine with objects over 10 feet away.

Q: Can I directly watch live video being captured from vuze on Gear vr with samsung s8+? Is there a video delay?

Don't think so as u need to render the files first to VR
