I have used many different dental chews over the years and these are by far the best choice. While they will not completely remove set in tartar, they do a great job of preventing build up. My dogs breath smells great too!

Our dog loves these. We have been using these dental chews for all of our dogs in the past. They help clean their teeth. We also use the powder version form the same company. This new darker packaging replaces the old light package.

My veterinarian gave me a list of lower-calorie and healthier tooth care options after I admitted I'd been using Greenies. I tried a more expensive option first, because VetriScience's packaging looked "clinical" rather than delicious. The other brand came individually wrapped -- the crinkling sound gets her every time. However, with VetriScience, she searches for me to receive her toothbrush treat when she's ready to go to sleep at night. It will take some time to see if there's any effect on her dental health, but I noticed right away the treats go through her system clean and fully digested. I reordered with a subscription. Highly recommend.

My Little dog won't eat these but my other dog will! Of course it is the little dog that needs them

I have been giving these to my dogs for about a year after suggested by my Vet. Yes - my dogs (from 10# - 70#'s) love them, yes - they have great ingredients. Agree with those that have aggressive chewers - don't last long so not sure of benefit. Our 14# doxywahwah loves them but I have to cut in half length wise cause too many teeth have had to be removed at her dental appointments. Her bad breath has diminished with them. BUT - the product has changed with the last bag I bought. They are shorter @2" vs 3"'s and much harder. Don't ealsily cut in half like they use to. Will not continue with them. I may go back to PlaqueOff by Proden seaweed/kelp powder is main ingredient that I use to use or try the new Oravet. Both dogs have tried and liked the Oravet chews, but they are very expensive.

I'm disappointed! I loved these. My dogs loved these. I've been getting them for years and their teeth look amazing. But suddenly they only have chicken flavored and my one dog is allergic to chicken. I had this on Subscribe and Save but just removed it. Now I have to find something else that works as well with no chicken in it. If your dog doesn't turn into an itchy, scratching fool after consuming chicken, these are great!

These "treats" are very well liked by all 3 dogs. They each get it once a day. They tried waking me up early for it, but I didn't fall for that. They know it's after I've been up for a while. I got it for one of them in particular and she's the one who chews it carefully, so she does get the most out of it. The other 2 are more preventative. They all thinks it's just a yummy treat.
