New tweeter with deep spheroid waveguide The new silk dome tweeter features a highly flexible fabric surround and offers an extended frequency range up to 35,000 Hz for an even more natural tweeter reproduction. The Waveguide improves directivity and eliminates diffraction effects that are unavoidable in conventional cuboid housings. New woofer with aramid fibre reinforced membrane The revised shape of the aramid fibre-reinforced membrane cone has higher stiffness and excellent damping properties far superior to those of polypropylene or paper drivers. The higher strength in turn allows for greater flexibility in design to achieve a more consistent, extended frequency response.
