Quicken Deluxe 2019 1 Year membership

We have been using Quicken for 30+ years. It is the only product left on the market for personal finance and budgeting.I realize that improvements in on-line broker services reduce the need for personal finance software. I still have older investments not tracked by my broker. Quicken handles almost transactions flawlessly and permits you to "get around" those it doesn't handle natively (like return of capital) well.Since the software doesn't change much year to year, I upgraded only every 3 years to maintain an ability to download from financial services. However Quicken's change to a subscription model has forced me into a yearly purchase. Again, if you need this type of product, there is no alternative.

I’ve been using Quicken. For 25 years. It’s not as accurate now as when Intuit owned the product. I don’t like that I HAVE TO UPGRADE EVERY YEAR as before I could hold off a couple of years before upgrading. I understand it’s expensive to produce every year but I still don’t like it! Nice that I can purchase the latest Quicken on Amazon. Saves $10 or more!

Like other purchasers, I am unhappy to have to pay an annual subscription instead of purchasing a new version every three years or so. After about two months of using Quicken Deluxe 2019, however, I have decided that it's worth the price to still have Quicken with all its features, including the ability to download transactions. I can't speak to Tech Support, since I've had no need to use it. Installation went well, and all my files migrated to the new version seamlessly. I was able to install on both my desktop and laptop with absolutely no problems.I'm giving Q19 five stars because it still does what I need, at a reasonable price. It's worth $38 per year to still have this essential software doing the job for me.

Like everyone else I hate the idea of the annual renewal when you really don’t get any new features. I had to convert from quicken 2016 for Windows to the new version. Since I had to change versions I decided to move to to the Mac version. The transition has been nothing but smooth. After the transition I noticed afterlife the first download of my banking transactions that I was out of balance with my bank. After further investigation the software plugged my beginning balance from 4 years ago and I had duplicate transactions throughout the past years. I had to manually compare month by month to the original Windows version. This has been a consistent problem with Quicken whe. It was part of Intuit and I see it still exist. If I have this problem next year I am dropping the software for one of the alternatives such as Banktivity. Now I get to spend time with tech support to figure out why I a, still having problems reconciling the account. Hello India

I want to talk to someone and will call tomorrow. My subscription expires April 4, 2020. I have problems with my accounts from TD bank. I called them and was told that I should talk to Quicken. I could never get in touch with Quicken. I tried but was unsuccessful. But, now, I have a number so I can call Quicken tomorrow. My accounts in TD bank would not download and there were numerous instances when information did not sync. I had to go into my TD bank account and export the data. I have been using Quicken for a long time. Never had an problems until t his last subscription. I used to purchase the software and download to my PC and never had the issues I am having now.

I have used this product for many years, this one is a little different and was disappointed by the fact it is now a subscription and it sets up differently then our old one, also I thought pricing was a little expensive, the setting up was easy if you follow their directions.

This was over 20% cheaper than renewing my Quicken subscription directly. Plus the activation code extends subscription for 14 months vs. the direct renewal being only 12 months. You have to use the code to extend subscription before 12/31/2020.

I have been using Quicken since 1986. Now the cost of this is becoming to much to use. No doubt there are very many features but everyone does not use all. For me 1986 version was good enough, but i have to pay for what I do not need. Well that is the way of current society. Thank you
