Excellent Product & Customer Service
When I recieved my package I was so disappointed to find the contents broken. I contacted the seller and they immediately replaced it with no hassle. I was so impressed. The product itself is lovely. Esthetically pleasing and practical. I use it for yoghurt which comes out so nice. I highly recommend this handi, especially as the seller sticks by their product and provides good customer service.

Poor quality, fungus formed, no value for money
Not made of pure quality, only the looks were good initially. Lid is apt. Useful to store probiotic foods. This is made out of fine sand, but not rigid or solid type. Second review: After a month's usage, fungus formed, and keeps reappearing even after sunlight exposure. Not useable anymore.

Well made but the capacity is less
It’s a well made product. Works for me. Just that the capacity is slightly less than 1800ml.

Quality and functionality
Good value for money. This earthenware pot looks beautiful and is functional too. I use it to make my "dahi" at home. Turns out excellent. Cleaning requires an extra scrub but it's worthwhile.

The pot cracked with first use on flame even after curing the pot with water and oil.

I ordered 1000 ml pot but it is not for 1000ml. Feel like cheated.
