I used to have a xiaomi wristband and this one Is a much advanced version. The APP Is very easy to download and install. Once you touch the screen, you will be able to see your heart rate and how many steps you have done so far. Once connected with ur mobile phone, it can remind u of incoming calls and msgs. And surprisingly, the battery Is in a good life. All in all, a very handy gadget for daily life and exercise.
